Spearheaded by Jakanath, this organisation FoodSwing was his brainchild from 2009. A chartered accountant with sharp acumen, he had a diverse appetite for exploring new entrepreneurial venues. He created a nascent prototype working model of today's digital food delivery platforms in 2009, under the name of FoodSwing. 2011 saw him undertaking a new role - a retail restauranter. He owned and operated Hot Pot china, a Pan Asian cuisine restaurant in Chennai that received several recognitions and was a food critique favourite. He entered the world of corporate catering in 2013 and has since dedicated himself to building an organisation that would be a capable and dependable name in the industry -pushing the limits of traditional large volume catering while pursuing technological advancements in its process.
Kaarthik comes equipped with a long and vastly varied experience in the Hospitality Industry. From being a part of the Taj & Hilton Group of Hotels for over a decade all the way to the Entertainment industry with Qube cinemas, his core strength lies in People & Process management. Due process is his forte and his eye for detail and intuitive programming knowledge helped build our own unique management platform - the first of it's kind - to streamline data, track process update, tackle and troubleshoot operational hiccups as well as help with customer queries & feedback. Prompt and spontaneous problem solving, along with creative solution finding and helps propagating in reality what we ideate at FoodSwing to efficiently serve our customers.
